1. Where is your store located at?

We do not have any physical store. All our transactions are done online and delivered to you.

2. Are the products in Nature's Comfort natural?

We sell 100% all-natural essentials. No parabens, toxic chemicals or alcohol are used. Our aim is to provide natural remedies for all of our customers, avoiding chemicals at all costs. Have a look at our Products!

3. Are the essential oils used in your products therapeutic grade?

Therapeutic grade is just a marketing term. Nevertheless, the essential oils we use in our products are 100% pure and free of additives. We only source out from the best suppliers to brew the best quality products for you.

4. Are your products safe for children?

We have a special collection just for your little ones. They are formulated to be safe from ages 3 months & up. Check them out! Junior Roll-Ons and Balms.

5. Is it Halal?

Even though we are not halal certified, we make sure there is no alcohol or any ingredients considered non-halal used in all the handcrafted essentials we sell.

6. What is the expiry date for your products?

We recommend using our products within 6 months from the date of purchase. However, if our products are stored away from sunlight and heat can be used for a year from the date of purchase.
