How to use essential oils for immunity support

The cold and flu season is back again with viral infections as well. This is definitely the time to take more effort in taking care of our health and of our little ones.   • Gargling- you can mix some essential oils with water and gargle as this can help with mouth wounds or ulcers.
  • Inhaling- you can add 1 or 2 drops in a tub of  hot water and sit over it with a towel over your head.  Breathe in through your nose and mouth.
  • Diffuser- add the essential oils in your diffuser and the device will work its magic. You may use a few drops of the same oil or a blend  of different ones.
  • Bath-  you may add a few drops of the essential oil into your bath.

  • Air purifying room spray- 120ml water, 10 drops each of Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary & Lemon
  • Cold and flu diffuser- 5 drops each of Cypress, Lavender and Juniper berry
  • Immune diffuser- 2 drops Clove bud, 2 drops Lemon, 1 drop Cinammon bark, 1 drop Eucalyptus, 1 drop Rosemary or 7 drops of Germ Fighter(Plant Therapy) /  Thieves oil(Young Living)
  • Immune boosting tea- 2 drops Lemon, 1 drop Peppermint, 1 tsp honey in a cup of hot water and drink before bedtime
  • Immunity support bottle blend – 10 drops Rosewood, 5 drops of Sandalwood and 2 drops of Ravensara and Lavender with carrier oil in a 10ml roll-on bottle
