Essential oils on balancing hormones
Both men and women can be affected by hormonal imbalance. Usually, the best way to keep hormones in check is to have a balanced diet which comprises of flaxseeds, avocados, and wild caught salmon. When you have a balanced and healthy diet, hormone balancing essential oils act as supplements to your diet.
Our skin which is the body’s largest organ absorbs substances when we apply them directly. 1) Clary sage oil
Clary Sage oil has been used for hormonal balance issues such as menstrual problems, cramps, headaches, and menopause. This powerhouse oil helps to regulate levels of estrogen in the body. This may prevent serious problems such as infertility and some types of cancer.
To use: Add a few drops to your bath for relaxation. Dilute with a carrier oil and rub into pain-inflicted areas, such as the back of the neck or lower abdomen.
2) Ylang YLang

- 10ml roll-on bottle
- Two drops Clary Sage essential oil
- Two drops Lavender essential oil
- One drop Ylang Ylang essential oil
- Carrier oil such Fractionated Coconut oil, avocado oil or almond oil
Add the total of 5 drops of essential oils into the roll-on bottle and top it off with the carrier oil of your choice. Add the roller top and press down. Shake it well before use. Apply as needed to temples, wrists, neck, tummy, even stretch marks or scars.
